ExtruVision CS: The compact total solution to control extrusion systems

The ExtruVision CS control system only consists of 2 components: a touch screen and a control system with controller (flexotemp®). ExtruVision CS amazes with its minimal space requirement. It integrates, aside from the temperature control, a 2-channel pressure measuring as well as a pressure turn-off, which makes additional amplifiers redundant. A well-organized and intuitive user interface facilitates using the system with hardly any additional training required. Language selection is a standard, just like user levels and alarm history.

Employment areas

ExtruVision CS is available in various sizes, from laboratory extruder to a multi-layer system. 24 to 128 control zones, up to 5 extruder powering systems, melt pumps, screen changers, or extension units are optionally possible. ExtruVision CS is suitable for new systems as well as for economical modernizations of existing extrusion lines.
