Temperature control system sysTemp is employed several 1000 times worldwide and guarantees highest production reliability and variable solutions. Through our close cooperation with customers we have continuously responded to new customer requirements with improved sysTemp functionality. As a result, sysTemp is offered with a multitude of options.

Different system concepts demand variable approaches to a temperature control solution. Built on a common platform, temperature control system sysTemp® offers two different concepts for tailor made multi loop temperature controlling.
sysTemp bus has a de-central structure, at a minimum the outputs are remote from the controller. ETS 132 provides a de-central structure and it is a flexibly expandable temperature control system for 32 control loops with bus-capable expansion groups.
The common platform of sysTemp® guarantees continuity in configuration and parameter setting as well as when integrating over the four available digital interfaces. Each controller can have up to four digital interfaces: RS485, CAN bus, Profibus DP, and Ethernet.
The compact structure requires little space when compared to other solutions, such as single loop controllers or other controllers in a casing.
sysTemp is available for all common interfaces, i.e. Profibus, Ethernet, CANopen, serial, etc. and it is quickly integrated.
sysTemp is easy to operate as all in- / outputs necessary for temperature control are directly available. This facilitates and accelerates installation and start-up.
Powerful control algorithm DynControl guarantees optimal performance and it is continuously improved in close cooperation with our customers in order to respond to the increasing demands for control performance and to optimize ever-tightening raw material processing windows.
Innovative functions, such as Flex current measuring (controller supra-communication to synchronize process relevant functions or for group-controlled heating) prove that the focus of sysTemp® is on system temperature control.
