PSG precision valve gates guarantee hardly visible injection points and a high reproducibility of the high-quality gate through a cylindrical fit and pre-centered needle guiding. PSG offers a new operating unit for exact needle positioning. With one turn, the needle can be exactly positioned within 0.01 mm. To enable you to find the right valve gate nozzle PSG offers six valve gate nozzle technology series: Prima, Mikro, Allround/Allround-Shot, Maxi/Maxi-Shot, EasyShot and BigShot.
