High-quality standard parts from Meusburger provide the reliable basis for making dies, moulds, jigs and fixtures. Through the systematic use of standard parts substantial cost savings can be made. At Meusburger all standard components are heat-treated for stress relief, guaranteeing low warping in further processing.
Precise adjustment to your application and low-stress processing of your plastics
Heaters which are embedded from both sides ensure a homogeneous temperature balance by the equal and high heat transmission.
Individually usable for processing all thermoplastics
The use of standard geometries (I-, H,- X-manifolds) enable fast availability. Nozzle positions can be determined individually and feed points can be positioned freely within specified limits.
The use of a special high alloyed steel ensures process security and maximises service life and availability of hot runner systems.
Individually modifiable systems guarantee the same high level of performance as the standard program for individual hot runner systems.
Because you cannot drill a melt channel around a corner, we separate the new distributor according to length and mill out the melt channel halfway.
The milled plates are then joined together.
