Unbelievable but true: 80% less pipes and a much higher stability of the tool. In conventional systems each operating unit must be connected with four pipes, two for hydraulic and two for the cooling. This makes at a 8drop system already 32 pipes!
The required space for the pipes must be cut out of the mold plate. This means an extra effort and thereby reduces the tool stability.
The new pipeLine from PSG connects the operating units only with two pipes. A pressure line and a return line! The hydraulic oil moves the pin and cooles the operating unit at the same time. Water cooling with associated calcification is superfluous.

From the smallest nozzle "Nano" to the biggest nozzle "Big-Shot" we offer an extensive nozzle program with fitting manifolds.
